What is this?
Pour differential temperature alarms are used to notify you when the difference of temperature between two jobs has exceeded a defined threshold. This type of alarm can prove to be extremely useful for large pours where 2 jobs are set up in different areas.
💡 Alarms can only be created and modified when the job status is 'Started'.
Creating a Differential Alarm:
Steps
- Locate the 2 jobs and ensure they are under the same pour.
- Tap on Details next to the name of the pour.
- Select New Differential Pair
- Choose the appropriate job and the sensor of interest.
- Repeat step 4 for the second job.
- (Optional) Enter in the temperature alarm threshold.
- Once finished, tap Create Differential Pair to save the alarm.
