Changing the Concrete Profile of a Job

What is this?

The concrete profile is essentially the description of the concrete mix being used in your pour. It is a combination of the formula and parameters used to correlate the temperature of the pour to its real-time strength values so in order to get an accurate strength reading, the concrete profile must be properly set.

On a typical construction site, there can be multiple types of concrete mixes so it's always helpful to know how to change the concrete profile of a pour in case the wrong one is chosen.

Tips

  • The concrete profile can be changed at any stage of the monitoring job: before, during or even after job completion. Rest assured the strength values from the start of the pour will be automatically updated to reflect the new concrete profile.
  • 💡 Ensure the new concrete profile has already been created in the LumiCon app.
