Changing the Start Date of a Job

What is this?

The start date of a job is a crucial piece of information used for maturity calculations and report generation. As such, the start date and time of your monitoring job need to be accurate for correct maturity and strength readings.

Important Notes

• The start date can only be changed once the job is activated.
• Start date/time is bound between the job creation date and the current date/time.

Updating Start Date/Time

If your job's start date is not set correctly, please follow the instructions below to change it to the correct value:

Steps

1. Locate your job and tap the tile to enter the job details page.
2. Tap Details on the top-right side of the screen, then tap on Edit.
3. Scroll down to Maturity Calculation Start Date/Time under Basic Information, then tap the value you want to change.
4. Use the pop-ups to enter the new date/time.
5. Once finished tap Done to save your changes.
