My LumiNode Is Not Connecting. What Should I Do?

When starting up the LumiNode for the first time, it may take up to 8 minutes to establish a connecting with the servers.

 

Please note that the LumiNode connectivity status is indicated by the "link" light, which is expected to turn off shortly after activation. To ensure proper functionality, please carefully monitor the light to observe if it turns green before it switches off.

Troubleshooting Steps:

  • Disconnect the LumiSense (Pro) cable, wait 30 seconds and connect it back again to reboot the LumiNode.
  • Ensure the area you are in has cellular reception. Test the LumiNode at another location outdoor to see if signal gets better.
  • Recharge the LumiNode for up to 24 hours then turn it on.
